  Gareth was easy to deal with and always seemed to have our interests at the forefront. There was no rush to buy if the property was not right for us. He found the home that we liked, and purchased, before it reached the advertising web sites. Innes who does the admin was always there to answer our question as well. I would highly recommend PK Property if you are having difficulty finding the home you want.

  My fiancé and I spoke to Gareth and Innes following multiple recommendations, however decided to try and purchase a place ourselves. After about six months of searching around the Northern Beaches, attending open homes and missing out on a few properties, we quickly realised how competitive the market really is.   Buying property can be stressful and confusing. Especially when you’re new to the area and don’t know it very well. Gareth was very helpful with his knowledge of the area and the market: the streets to buy, the ones to avoid. He gave a balanced view of all the properties we inspected together. But when it came it down to the negotiation, he was outstanding & we purchased our home for below what we were expecting. The back up service after exchange Innes provided helped us with the pre settlement inspection sand logistics.
