    I have previously worked with a buyer's agent to purchase property, my experience with Your Empire was truly exceptional. Melissa Browning was my main contact and she took the time to fully understand what I was looking for, even facilitating some invaluable introductions along the way. Recognising that everyone has unique needs, I appreciated the comprehensive support that Melissa provided throughout the process. Her expertise, combined with Kel’s, made my interactions seamless and enjoyable, as they are both genuine and personable. In contrast to my earlier experiences, Melissa did not overwhelm me with endless lists of ‘potential properties.’ After understanding my criteria and obtaining bank pre-approval, she presented me with the perfect property that fit my needs. I also appreciated the video walkthrough of the property, as I was unable to attend in person. Before moving forward with an offer, Melissa and Kel ensured that all pre-purchase inspections and reports were gathered, so that my offer was based on solid evidence.     Fantastic experience from start to finish. Kel and Jon understood what I wanted immediately, screened out the rubbish, and brought me solid options fast. Their negotiation skills and market knowledge saved me real money, reduced stress and got me to pre-inspections. I ended up with a property much cheaper than at auction and felt supported the whole way. Highly recommend.

    Its hard to recommend Jon, Kel and the entire team highly enough. The level of confidence they were able to instill in us throughout the process was just fantastic. They had very well considered answers to all of our questions and were able to lock in on what we wanted and deliver it within an incredibly quick timeframe. Support every step of the way and their network of other service providers were equally incredible and made the whole process run perfectly smoothly. Very happy and will definitely be returning to them for support in the future if we are in the position to do so.

    Have consulted Chris and his team a few times over the years and I just love the no nonsence, straight to the point, no BS advice that they give. Always willing to help and whilst I haven't had the pleasure of being a client (yet), I wouldn't hesitate to use them if you're looking for a buyers agent.
