We match you to two to four agents
Not a list of everyone. A shortlist of the agents whose track record actually fits the brief you just gave us.
You choose who to speak to
Read the reasoning behind each match, then ask for an introduction to whichever agents you want. Or none of them.
Why this is not a directory
A directory lists everyone who pays to appear in it. The order you see is the order someone bought. That is a perfectly good business model, but it means the name at the top is the name that spent the most, not the one that fits what you are trying to buy.
Foleo works the other way around. No agent can buy a position in your shortlist, because positions are not for sale. We match on your budget band, your area, the kind of property you are after and how involved you want to be, then show you the two to four agents that fit and the reasoning behind each one.
We are paid a referral fee by the agent you choose to work with. That fee is the same whichever agent you pick, which is precisely what keeps the shortlist honest. Independence is not a marketing line, it is a process.

Is Foleo free for buyers?
Yes. There is no cost to use the matching flow or to be introduced to a buyers agent. Matched agents pay us a referral fee, and that fee does not change the rate the agent charges you.
How is this different from a directory?
Directories list everyone who pays to be listed. Foleo lists nobody. Every agent has been independently vetted, and you are matched to two to four who fit your brief rather than shown forty who do not. No agent can buy a better position in your shortlist.
Which parts of Sydney do you cover?
Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore, North Shore, Northern Beaches, South Sydney and Sutherland Shire. If your area is outside that we will tell you before you finish, rather than after.
What happens to my answers?
They stay private until you choose to be introduced to an agent. Nothing is passed on before that, and no agent sees your brief unless you ask us to send it.
