Yes. There's no cost to use the matching flow or to be introduced to a buyer's agent. Our partners pay a referral fee. That fee doesn't change the rate the agent charges you.

Yes. Foleo started with investors and that's still where most of our bench specialises, but the matching flow adapts to whether you're buying for investment or for a home to live in. First-home buyers, family upgraders and downsizers are all welcome — we match you to the agents on the bench who actually do that kind of work.

Directories list everyone. Foleo doesn't. Every agent on the platform has been independently vetted on track record, licensing and client outcomes. We match you to two to four who fit your strategy, not forty who don't.

We verify licensing, professional indemnity and references. We review transaction history. We check positioning aligns with the strategies they're matched against. Performance benchmarking is rolling out across 2026.

Buyer's agent fees vary by engagement model. Typically a flat fee, a tiered fee or a percentage of the purchase price. Each agent profile lists their structure transparently.
